In 2002, upon completing a Bachelors of Multimedia at Griffith University, Kaushal joined the two founders of Vision 6 Pty Ltd, currently one of the leading email marketing solution providers in Australia, to help build their creative design division. During this period Kaushal worked with some of Australia’s biggest brands and advertising agencies such as BMW, Queensland Government, Michael Hill, RACQ, Dick Smith Electronics, Stockland, Ray White Commercial, Adcorp, BCM and PubilicisMOJO. At present Kaushal continues to work as Vision 6’s Multimedia Manager, sharing his extensive knowledge of best practice email marketing and design with Vision 6’s team and clients.

Prior to his studies at Griffith University, Kaushal completed a diploma in graphic design in Singapore and spent few years working as a creative designer of corporate identity projects, movie and music magazines as well as other print products.

Since Kaushal has been in both print and web industry for over 10 years, he has a unique understanding of both environments which gives him the ability to transform print work to web or vice versa for maximum impact and return.

Kaushal founded Digital Glare in 2007 to undertake graphic design and printing work. Since then Digital Glare has evolved to a multimedia studio that not only provides printing and graphic design, but also web design and development, email marketing campaign design, and various other multimedia services.

On September 2009 Kaushal founded the development division of Digital Glare which is based in Sri Lanka (Digital Glare Lanka Private Limited). Team at Digital Glare (Lanka) was handpicked and trained by Kaushal to deliver the quality and service demanded by customers in Australia.

Digital Glare and Vision 6 working together
In September 2009 Vision 6 started to utilise the services of Digital Glare (Lanka) for designing and developing email campaigns for Vision 6's customers. Kaushal was responsible for applying necessary project management and quality control processes to ensure the seamless interaction between the two companies to deliver a high quality product at a cost effective rate.

While Digital Glare is a reseller of Vision 6's VeMail product, it remains as a preferred supplier for providing email design services to its clients.
